The world is changing but God's truth in the Judeo/Christian Bible has not nor ever will change. The one and only true living God of the Bible in Hebrew is known as YHVH pronounced YaHavah who gave his creation the truth of what is now and what is to come in the future.
The evidence of change is currently in the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, with government imposed personal distancing, closed churches, prohibited gatherings, and required self-quarantine. It is more than stressful for most people. We need the close fellowship of friends and family.
Doors may be closed on the worldly side of life but the door into the Kingdom of Heaven is open and waiting for YaHavah's creation to wake up and turn to him. On that note, most people view the Revelation of Jesus Christ as a book predominantly about the end times. It is, actually, another version of the gospel of Jesus Christ and preparation for entering the Kingdom of Heaven spoken of throughout the Bible.
The Question of Chronology in the Book of Revelation
To acquire a better understanding of the Revelation, it is important to see the book as having five distinct sections. Each section is a chronology of events relative to living a true Christian life in preparation for the end of this world as we know it now. The Revelation is not one chronology from beginning to end, as is commonly thought.
Here is a quick and easy to understand Section breakdown.
Chapters 1--5 lay the foundation for living the born-again Christian life (without the default sin nature of Adam).
Chapters 12--13 describes the characters in God's plan of salvation.
Chapters 6--11 is about our choices between good and evil as shown in the seals of the seven sealed scroll. The sequence positions of chapters (12-13) and (6-11) are flipped in this book for better clarification and understanding of the seven seals.
Chapters 14--19:10 describe the first resurrection, the wrath of YaHavah, and Babylon, which is the reason for both. Babylon is a captivity metaphor for a world full of sin.
Chapters 19:11---22:21 briefly describes the timeline from Armageddon to New Jerusalem.
YaHavah inspired the record of the Revelation and he is the teacher of its interpretation. There is critical knowledge most people don't know about in the Revelation; it is Bible knowledge that effects every believer's eternal salvation. This knowledge determines the difference between professed Christian and true Christian.
The Bible facts revealed in this book have been hidden under 2,000 years of shocking unchecked temptations against correct interpretation of the Revelation. Satan, by his temptations, has done a terrible thing to believers of Jesus Christ. He has tempted and used a multitude of Bible interpreters and commentators to mask YaHavah's timing and laws with error upon error causing certain eternal death for those who believe and cling to those errors.
Jesus came to fulfill the Law and prophets. He taught the kingdom of YHVH through the Law and prophets; therefore, interpreters and commentators of the Scriptures must focus on the Law and prophets for right answers. Rest assured that the truth will always expose human errors by allowing the Bible to interpret every part of the Revelation. Since it is the culmination of the Law and YHVH's prophecies it needs only the Bible and Spirit for willing hearts to correctly interpret its meaning and purpose.
